Who are you?
My name is Anna. I am 24 years old. I am currently studying I would consider myself an open- minded, friendly person. I like to paint and draw, which unfortunately has declined with the beginning of my studies. I like traveling and like to meet different groups of people as well as different cultures. Moreover, I like to listen to people.
What does fashion mean to you?
Fashion means to express one’s personality. What you like is what you wear and there is something to wear for every individual because there is so much diversity in garments that you can combine and change. You can combine every garment in different ways and it is always a different look but still you stay true to your sense of fashion.
How do clothes affect your everyday life?
Clothing has to be comfortable in everyday life, something that makes you feel good. Garments should be colourful. A part of my clothes is always colourful. Whether it's the socks or the pullover.
What does AUF AUGENHOEHE mean to you?
AUF AUGENHOEHE brings the uniqueness for us little people of not having to think about where the next tailoring shop is. One wears AUF AUGENHOEHE because it just fits and does not have to be changed. It's just normal and straightforward. The clothes look great and are comfortable.What are your life essentials – What do you carry with you at all time?
I always have Airwave's gum with me. Because I am addicted to it...Who are the most influential persons in your life?
My parents had a significant impact on my life, because without them, there would be no me and they taught me everything that I am today. My friends are as important as my parents.Who / what inspires you?
There are many artists who inspire me and whom I admire very much. Listing everyone may go beyond the scope. But to name a few: Nikki de Saint Phalle. Her nanas (sculptures) and her art are simply amazing. Gaudí with his Art Nouveau. Musically, I have a very broad spectrum, which I like about genres. I like a lot and can not exclude something that I do not like. I do not like put myself into a category or genre because there are so many great, beautiful and wonderful things out there.
If you could have 3 people over for dinner, dead or alive, who would you invite?
Phew, that's very hard to answer. I think Janis Joplin would be a person. The second would be Hans Zimmer, because I find his film-music so indescribably beautiful, and the third person would be perhaps a physicist like Albert Einstein or Marie Curie, because I would like to know how they understand physics and would like to know more about their philosophy and their knowledge.
